We know you can do the Swish, but can you do it with a sidekick?
Yes you can! Sidekick Hooping lets you open up the boundaries of hooping by thinking of ways you and another hooper can perform and mold moves with one or two hoops. Who knows, you could come up with a new sidekick move!
This HOOPshop will give you a taste of the treats that await you in our more advanced classes and provide you with moves that will impress your friends at the campfire!
